Jakob Gets Adopted!

Jakob has found is forever home! This makes me both happy and sad. I am thrilled that he found a permanent home but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't sad. I absolutely loved having him around and will definitely miss him. As Gordie will I'm sure.

This foster was a little harder to let go of...I think I'll be taking a little break for a bit on fostering :)
