Joe and I declared today a lazy, sit in front of the tv in our pj's kind of Saturday. We had plans to hit up the MN State Fair but the rain changed that for us. So while joe has football on, I'm surfing pinterest. Bad news. I'm not huge on sweets unless it comes to cookies. They are my weakness. I found one too many cookie recipes that looked delicious. And then came across THESE on a friends pin board. This made me excited for two reasons...no baking AND I actually had the couple ingredients needed for these! Yay!
Two words...delicious and simple! My kind of dessert!
